It has been conceived in order to permit a perfect ventilation of the rooms. Spacious, it has: - 3 rooms on 100 m2 , they are composed each of a bed for 2 places. With possibility to attach -supplementary beds there. - 2 tiled bathrooms each composed of showers, sinks and WC. - 1 kitchen of 9 m2 equipped with a sink, a surface of work, a gas stove, a refrigerator. Plates, -dishes, pans and other kitchen utensils - 2 terraces laying on a surface of 53 m2 are ornamented of armchairs, coffee tables and of a dining table with chairs, for 8 to 10 people. - 1 garden of 450 m2 - 1 garage - 1 chalet, an ideal place for admiring the bay, is under construction. The furniture of the bungalow is entirely of precious wood.
